It does take about a hour to gather these bills, but that hour can gain you a considerable amount of money.

Yes. We both sign a short 1 page agreement giving us the authorization to perform these services for you. Also, we will work together to list the account numbers  for each utility  at each location.

Why should I do this?

How is this accomplished?

We all make mistakes. Utilities are no exception. Even though the billing is automated individuals are making certain decisions about your accounts at various times. This is especially true  at the time your start with them. An error made at anytime will normally carry forward every month. That's why we, also, obtain refunds.

How is this accomplished?

NUC has a staff of analysts and engineers that know the utility billing algorithms as well as the rules, tariffs, requirements, service schedules and laws they should and/or must abide by.

The utility wants to be a good citizen and be as accurate as possible. We use our own algorithms in addition to good old fashion manual review to find errors.

That are no out of pocket and upfront costs. It is a case, everyone wins including the utility companies. You get a portion of the refund and the ongoing savings every month forever. We take a portion of those savings we find for you for a specific length of time. The Utility stays in compliance.

NUC has been doing this since 1991. It is a partnership located in Utah but provides this service nationwide. The principles also worked for a utility company before starting NUC. The reason, of course, is the number of issues they saw that happen and figured this would be a service  from which everyone could benefit .
