Smart Charging Solutions

Smart charging solutions for electric vehicles (EVs) make charging easy and effective. These systems connect EV chargers to the internet, recognize users to control and monitor charging in real time. They can change charging speeds based on energy demand and availability. For example, during top hours when electricity is high cost, smart chargers can slow down or stop charging to help users save money.
These solutions can also schedule charging for off-peak hours when electricity costs are lower. They can work with supportable energy sources, like solar panels, to use clean energy for charging. Many smart chargers come with mobile apps that let users track their charging sittings and costs. By using smart charging solutions, EV owners can create a greener energy system while enjoying savings and benefits making EV charging more safe and friendly for everyone.

Some items and questions we help you with when buying an EV Charging Station or Stations.
· If you get your power from the RMP grid, your customer and you will still be burning fossil fuel in their EV. Both of you will still contributing to our climate problem.
· RMP will not be building new power plants not even nuclear and plans to operate their coal burning plants beyond 2042.
· Beginning next year, the number of EV’s will grow considerably. This coupled with the new building growth on the Wasatch Front will create pressure on RMP to provide more power reliably. We all will begin to see brownouts and blackouts.
· RMP is raising power rates from between 18% and 26% next year and they will continue this year after year.
· You will experience increased “demand” usage at a higher rate on your bill which will increase dramatically.
· Your power bill will increase for every charger you own.
· You can purchase Level 2 chargers but you will want a Level 3 fast charger because your cudtomers will want them and your competitor will install them and draw customers from away from you..
· Low cost Level 2 chargers may not be the best charger to choose for all locations because it can take 6 to 8 hours to charge an EV.
· A “FAST” Level 3 charger charges an EV in 20 to 30 minutes.
· An EV Charging Station can last up to 20 years or more.

Fast Charging Technology
Fast charging technology powers electric cars quickly, making it easy to recharge.

Home Charging Setup
Placing a home charging station for your electric vehicle (EV) is an easy and smart choice. First, collect a good location, like your garage or driveway. You will need a Level 2 charger, which charges your vehicle faster than a standard opening. Check your home’s electrical system to ensure it can handle the charger’s power needs. It is a good idea to hire a qualified electrician for the installation to ensure safety. Many chargers come with smart elements, allowing you to monitor charging from your phone. Consider adding a cable holder to keep everything neat. Having a home charging station makes owning an EV convenient. You can charge overnight and start each day with a full battery. It is usually lower cost than using public chargers and supports your ecofriendly lifestyle. Enjoy the ease of charging at home!
